Okay, maybe 2ndhub can help me figure this one out. I'm a DJ in SL...and I work for 6 different clubs. I pull 16 to 20 shifts a week. Half of those are for one club..at this club they have employee of the week (Per 2 weeks) and I have been passed over every time since being back on staff 2 months. I ask the boss, and he says this to me "Again, we don't decide on the previous week's performance. Maybe that is something we should change. I'm sorry you're passed" Keep in mind, I've had to cover shifts for the Employee in question a couple times. What the F*@k kinda shit is that?
